Systems Administrator (Mid-Level)

Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and document IT infrastructure for enterprise clients Ensure compliance with SLAs through proactive monitoring and performance management Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement corrective actions Manage servers, networks, and cloud environments Execute system upgrades, patches, and configurations Implement and maintain information security policies Drive continuous improvements in system performance and reliability Requirements Strong experience with IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms) Hands-on experience with system administration and performance optimization Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting tools Understanding of cybersecurity and information security practices Strong analytical and problem-solving xywuqvp skills Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft Azure (AZ-900, AZ-104 or similar) AWS (Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect) ITIL Foundation LPIC (Linux) VMware (VCP) Cisco (CCNA) Languages Advanced English required Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
