Making our guests smile is at the heart of what we do. You’ll ensure that guests remain the central focus of all operational decisions, which includes:

• Resource planning
• Recruitment and selection
• Building the best team to deliver amazing service

Your passion for exceptional experiences will shine through as you monitor and develop action plans for continuous improvement in your venue. Financial performance is key, and you’ll manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to our high standards. You’ll also uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety in line with legislation and company policies.
We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving candidates who understand their role in enhancing the guest experience by unleashing the potential of their team. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is essential, along with confidence in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
