• Lead and Inspire: Be the driving force behind a hardworking and determined team, always looking for ways to enhance our brand standards.
• Guest-Centric Focus: Ensure our guests are at the heart of every operational decision, from resource planning to recruitment.
• Exceptional Experience: Monitor guest satisfaction and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
• Financial Savvy: Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
• Safety First: Uphold food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations in line with legislation and company policies.
• Team Spirit: Bring energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen, unleashing the potential of your team to enhance the guest experience.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A Level 3 Food Safety qualification .
• Confidence in leading a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A fun-loving attitude and a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Typical working hours are five days over seven, covering 40 hours per week .
