What’s in it for you:
- You build the bioprocessing equipment business from scratch with a broad and competitive product portfolio
- You will have a key position within the organization in Europe
- You will work internationally and interculturally (Asia, Italy, DACH etc.)
Your key responsibilities:
- You advise customers on large capital equipment for the production and packaging of active pharmaceutical ingredients (e.g. fill/finish lines)
- You develop the marketing and sales strategy for the DACH region
- You build long-term customer relationships in the CDMO, biotech and pharma market and develop a strong sales pipeline
- You manage customer projects from conception to factory acceptance tests
- You develop the company's brand awareness in German-speaking countries
Your profile:
- You have more than 5 years sales and/or business development experience for production equipment in the life sciences industry in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
- Very good knowledge of the needs of CDMOs, biotech and pharma customers
- Existing network in the life sciences industry in the DACH region
- Native German speaker and very good English skills (at least C1)
