What’s in it for you:   

  • You build the bioprocessing equipment business from scratch with a broad and competitive product portfolio
  • You will have a key position within the organization in Europe
  • You will work internationally and interculturally (Asia, Italy, DACH etc.)

Your key responsibilities:  

  • You advise customers on large capital equipment for the production and packaging of active pharmaceutical ingredients (e.g. fill/finish lines)
  • You develop the marketing and sales strategy for the DACH region
  • You build long-term customer relationships in the CDMO, biotech and pharma market and develop a strong sales pipeline
  • You manage customer projects from conception to factory acceptance tests
  • You develop the company's brand awareness in German-speaking countries

Your profile:  

  • You have more than 5 years sales and/or business development experience for production equipment in the life sciences industry in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
  • Very good knowledge of the needs of CDMOs, biotech and pharma customers
  • Existing network in the life sciences industry in the DACH region
  • Native German speaker and very good English skills (at least C1)
