Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Great Neck, NY location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading the sales team, building strong customer relationships, and meeting key performance targets. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, coaching team members, generating revenue through strategic sales initiatives, and creating an exceptional buying experience for customers both in-store and online.
Qualifications Proven experience in sales management and team leadership Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic sales initiatives Knowledge of luxury goods, especially watches, is highly preferred Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet revenue targets Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus Commitment to providing a high-quality customer experience
