REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma, vocational/technical certificate, or: Minimum two (2) years experience working in quality assurance or related field.Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification required.
PREFERRED: Bachelors degree in quality assurance or similar field, or:Minimum three (3) years experience working in quality assurance or related field.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to stand for extended periods of time, typically up to ten (10) hours per day, at least four (4) days per week, or as necessary for the role. Capable of lifting and carrying up to fifty (50) pounds.Endurance to withstand exposure to fumes, dust, and other environmental factors commonly associated with a manufacturing plant. Strong physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks. Aptitude for working in various physical positions, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.Sufficient visual acuity to read labels, safety instructions, and equipment gauges, as well as to inspect surfaces for defects or imperfections.
