*Location:* Hybrid (2 days remote per week) – Irvine, Ca.

*Overview*
We are seeking an experienced *Engineering Project Manager* with a strong background in *new product development within the aerospace industry*. This individual will lead cross-functional engineering efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role requires a *hands-on leader* who has already successfully performed in a similar capacity and can effectively manage schedules, resources, and evolving project scope.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Lead end-to-end *project management for new development programs*
* Develop and maintain detailed *project schedules and timelines*
* Assign and coordinate tasks across engineering teams
* Monitor and manage *project budgets and resource allocation*
* Ensure adherence to *quality standards and program objectives*
* Manage and communicate *scope changes and project risks*
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution
* Provide regular project updates and reporting to leadership
*Required Qualifications*
* *Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline*
* Proven past experience as a *Project Manager in an engineering environment*
* Prior experience leading *new product development programs*
* Background in the *aerospace industry is required*
* Demonstrated experience as a *team leader*
* Strong proficiency with:
* *Microsoft Project*
* *Microsoft Excel*
* Experience with:
* Project scheduling
* Task assignment and tracking
* Managing scope changes
* Must have *previously performed in a similar role*
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Bilingual in *French or Spanish*
* Experience with *Jira and Confluence*
* *PMP certification*
* Familiarity with aerospace standards such as:
* *ARP4754*
* *DO-160*

Pay: $142,000.00 - $178,000.00 per year
