Your Role: Operations System CoordinatorAs an Operations System Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. You’ll collaborate closely with the shift team leader, providing vital updates for the receiving area. This position operates on a night shift schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00, and offers a competitive salary along with an additional shift pay of £984 per month .
What You’ll Do:- IWS & Standardized Work: Execute processes according to standards, challenge existing processes through root cause analysis, and update/create new standards.
- Identify Complex Losses: Drive continuous improvement in the receiving area and actively participate in loss elimination initiatives.
- Fundamentals Ownership: Ensure perfect execution of safety, quality, and internal controls, documenting any outages in these areas.
- Business Results Ownership: Take charge of specific areas and deliverables, ensuring cleanliness and standards are met at the end of each shift.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure timely delivery of daily business and provide clear handovers to the next shift.

You might be the perfect candidate if you have:
- RTITB Training: Or similar qualifications.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to eliminate or simplify non-value-added work.
- Decision-Making Skills: Proven capability to understand business needs and make informed decisions.
- Leadership Qualities: Strong personal accountability and the ability to lead a small team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal skills to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SAP/TMS/Maestro or similar systems, along with solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven capability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Personal Accountability: A proactive approach to personal development and contributions in areas like First Aid or Safety Rep.
