Job Summary: The Aerospace Division Operations Manager is responsible for the execution, oversight, and performance of DoD aviation O-Level Maintenance, Depot Level modification, and sustainment operations across multiple contracts and geographically dispersed locations.
This role operates under the direction of the Vice President of Aerospace and ensures alignment with corporate objectives, contract requirements, and customer expectations.
This role provides senior-level operational leadership, The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating within NAVAIR 4790 / NAMP frameworks and a strong understanding of joint-service aviation operations across the U.S.
Navy, U.S.
Marine Corps, and U.S.

The Operations Manager ensures all assigned programs meet schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance requirements while cultivating a culture of excellence, accountability, quality of end product and continuous improvement.
