CMI does not require our managers to generate new business or billings.
We've been locally owned since 1983 with a Seattle-only portfolio.
Some of our managers have been on staff for over 8 years, and because we focus on excellent client service, there are properties still in our portfolio that signed on in the mid-eighties. xzgxqkn
CMI has fully staffed departments to manage accounting, insurance, and collections, and does not assign Community Association Managers these duties.
