As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC distribution and excellent references. We are a family-owned business located at 715 Barnett Drive, Lake Worth Beach, FL 33461. Compensation:
$90,000 - $120,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
Lead sales team. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets. Participate in weekly Sales Meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyze sales data and market trends. Support counter sales staff if needed. Any other job-related tasks pertaining to customer relationships.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years in sales distribution, preferably HVAC. Management experience. Goal-oriented. Spanish speaking is a plus. Positive and professional demeanor. Excellent references.
