We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines, trucks, and various heavy-duty equipment.
## Duties
- Perform routine maintenance on diesel engines and vehicles
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in diesel vehicles
- Conduct brake repairs and suspension work
- Utilize power tools to assist in repairs and fabrication
- Perform HVAC system repairs and soldering tasks
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or similar role
- Automotive diagnostics, and brake repair
- Ability to fabricate parts when necessary
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe usage
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Education:
* High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
* Diesel engine repair: 1 year (Required)
* Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
