You will play a key role in helping clients secure their financial future by providing tailored insurance and retirement solutions.
Responsibilities
Connect with inbound, pre-qualified leads (no cold calling required)
Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and goals
Recommend appropriate financial products such as life insurance and annuities
Clearly explain product benefits and long-term value
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Track all interactions and progress using CRM systems
Manage your pipeline from initial contact to closing
Follow up with clients for retention and referrals
Stay informed on product updates and compliance requirements
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong work ethic and self-discipline
Willingness to learn and grow
Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
