Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Plumbing & HVAC) to lead and oversee mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, along with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Salary

$105,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience

Key Objectives

  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing project teams
  • Manage projects from planning through completion
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and performance standards
  • Provide monthly financial reporting and projections
  • Coordinate with general contractors and manage project schedules
  • Implement 30-, 90-, and 120-day labor look-ahead plans
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors
  • Allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience in HVAC and plumbing construction
  • Strong ability to manage deadlines and budgets
  • Proven experience working with multiple levels of management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with project scheduling software
  • Background in monthly financial forecasting
  • Experience mentoring or coaching team members
  • OSHA 30 certification

Additional Requirements

Selected candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
