Maintenance Technician (General Maintenance / Handyman)

• Complete daily work orders and general maintenance tasks
• Perform patching, painting, and minor drywall repairs
• Handle basic electrical tasks such as changing bulbs, switches, and outlets
• Assist with light plumbing repairs (fixtures, minor leaks, replacements)
• Support small projects including carpentry, drywall, and general build-outs
• Escort and assist vendors and contractors, including rooftop access when needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• A true generalist maintenance role
• Focused on day-to-day upkeep and support, not heavy technical specialization
• A position where flexibility, attitude, and reliability matter more than deep specialization

• 2?5 years of experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman work
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and handle a variety of tasks
• Comfortable working with vendors and supporting projects
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance

• Experience in commercial or corporate facilities
• Exposure to HVAC systems is a plus, but not required (on-site engineer handles primary HVAC work)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work with tools throughout the shift

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
