A long-term care organization is seeking a Full-Time Business Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
Meet with residents and/or families to review financial responsibilities
Assist with collecting documentation for Medicaid applications
Enter census data into billing and clinical systems
Manage collection of private pay and income-related balances
Support insurance authorization processes
Handle distribution of resident funds
Ensure completion of admission agreements
Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO processes preferred
Comfortable discussing financial matters with residents and families
Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
