General Dentist
Part-Time with Path to Full-Time
Hudson Family Dental is growing! We are expanding from a 3-operatory office to a brand-new, custom-built 5-operatory practice in a prime location. We are seeking an associate dentist who is excited to grow alongside us. We utilize the latest dental technology to combine the art and science of dentistry, offering a full range of services including routine preventive care, cosmetic dentistry, whitening, crowns, veneers, bridges, implants, smile design, endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and more.
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused General Dentist to join our growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to start on a flexible 2-day-per-week schedule with the opportunity to quickly grow into a full-time position as patient demand increases. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a collaborative team environment.
We offer a competitive compensation model starting at $800 per day plus 35% of average monthly production during the initial ramp-up period. Once established mutually agreed production goals are met, compensation transitions to a percentage of adjusted gross production, allowing for increased earning potential based on performance. This structure is designed to provide income stability early on while rewarding long-term productivity and clinical growth.
