*About the Role*
We need a Senior Zoho Developer and CRM Architect . This is a full-stack, high-ownership role requiring end-to-end system design, complex integrations, AI pipeline development, and Zoho widget builds using the Zoho SDK.
*Responsibilities*
* Architect and build custom Zoho CRM solutions — modules, pipelines, automations, and Blueprints
* Develop Zoho widget applications using the Zoho SDK, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, and jQuery
* Write and maintain Deluge scripts for custom functions and cross-app logic across Zoho One
* Configure OAuth 2.0 authentication, DNS, DKIM, and secure integration patterns
* Build and manage REST and SOAP API integrations, webhooks, and encryption handling
* Develop backend components in Node.js and Python
* Integrate AI agent pipelines using Claude and OpenAI
* Test and validate integrations using Postman
* Maintain and improve existing systems across client deployments
*Qualifications*
* Expert-level Zoho CRM and Zoho One — must know the platform inside and out
* Full-stack competency — frontend and backend required
* Deluge scripting — advanced functions, workflows, cross-app logic
* Zoho Widget development — Zoho SDK, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, JavaScript, jQuery
* OAuth 2.0, encryption, and secure API integration patterns
* REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
* API testing with Postman
* DNS and DKIM configuration
* Node.js and Python
* Git and version control
* Strong async written communication
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Salesforce background with CRM architecture and scalability experience
* Zoho Certified Developer or Salesforce certification
* Zoho Vertical Studio or Zoho Sigma experience
* AI and LLM integration experience — Claude, OpenAI
* Hosting and CDN experience — Render, BunnyCDN
* Vector database experience — Pinecone
* n8n or automation platform experience
* Integration experience with RingCentral, Mailchimp, Zoom, Calendly, OpenAI
* Zoho MCP familiarity
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
