• Perform general building maintenance and repairs
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify issues
• Repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems as needed
• Complete routine preventative maintenance tasks
• Assist with installations, setups, and minor construction work
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
