Job Description Job Title: Associate Advisor Reports To: Lead Advisor Type: Full-Time________________________________________ Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Advisor to support senior team members in delivering high-quality financial planning services. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in financial services while gaining hands-on experience in client support, financial analysis, and advisory
Key Responsibilities Client Support & Meetings• Assist with preparing for client meetings (agendas, reports, financial plans) • Attend meetings, take notes, and support follow-up actions
Financial Planning & Documentation• Prepare financial plans and supporting documentation • Conduct research and assist with financial modeling • Enter and maintain accurate client information in CRM systems
Implementation Support• Help coordinate and track the execution of client recommendations • Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate completion
Data & Process Management• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records • Identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency • Assist in optimizing financial planning tools and systems
