Physical Therapist 2

Methodist Health System is seeking a dedicated and patient-centered Physical Therapist 2 to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will provide evidence-based physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, and medically complex conditions within our Texas hospitals and clinics. As part of a multidisciplinary care team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to help patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Guided by Methodist Health System’s mission to improve and save lives with compassion and high-quality care, the Physical Therapist 2 independently completes comprehensive functional assessments, develops individualized plans of care, and delivers skilled interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and patient/family education. You will regularly reassess progress, modify treatment plans based on clinical findings, and ensure safe and appropriate discharge planning, including recommendations for continued services, assistive devices, and home programs.
