Site Manager

Site Manager / General Foreman with experience of major infrastructure projects, such as bypasses, roads, and highways, required for an ongoing contract in the Southampton area.

Duties:

• Oversee operatives working on enabling works, earthworks, and civil engineering for a significant bypass project.
• Ensure that works are completed in accordance with specifications, on time, and efficiently.
• Maintain site safety standards.
• Control materials and resources.
• Prepare and submit accurate site reports and documentation.
• Liaise with clients and sub-contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Essential qualifications include previous experience as a Foreman or Site Manager on similar highways/roadworks schemes, along with relevant certifications such as SSSTS or SMSTS. A NRSWA/Street Works/SWQR ticket is advantageous.
