  • Identify change needs and design impactful trans­formation initia­tives for our global AI journey
  • Lead change management activi­ties across depart­ments and regions, ensuring align­ment with strategy and roadmap
  • Collaborate with business leaders, IT, inno­vation, local change managers, and end-users to drive inte­grated change
  • Design and deliver tailored trai­ning, work­shops, and communi­cation strategies for diverse audiences
  • Foster a culture of experimen­tation, colla­boration, and conti­nuous learning to embed new mindsets and behaviors
  • Contribute to the development of governance struc­tures and accounta­bility mecha­nisms for transformation outcomes
  • Gather user feedback, monitor adop­tion metrics, and work with pro­duct teams for continuous improve­ment
  • Ensure sustainability of change through rein­forcement mecha­nisms and long-term impact tracking
  • Adapt quickly to emerging trends and shif­ting conditions in
  • AI Advocacy: Act as an inter­nal ambassador for AI and showcase its busi­ness potential

  • University degree in business, organi­zational development, psycho­logy, IT, or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading change manage­ment or transformation initia­tives, ideally in digital, AI, or technology-driven environ­ments
  • Experience working in complex, global organi­zations and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of change manage­ment prin­ciples, frame­works, and metho­dologies
  • Strong project management and organi­zational skills; able to manage multiple initia­tives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, story­telling, and stake­holder management abilities
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging trai­ning, workshops, and communication strate­gies for diverse audiences
  • Analytical mindset; comfor­table with KPI tracking, adop­tion metrics, and feedback loops
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
