What We're Looking For Client Success Data Engineer who will excel at helping our clients get the most out of our products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams and will build creative solutions that generalize across multiple use cases. In this role, you will partner closely with the Client Success team to address clients' concerns and requests, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Experience And Skills
2+ years of full time work experience in a data engineering or data science capacity, ideally in a customer‑facing role (e.g. as a technical consultant)
AWS/Cloud Computing
SQL
Python
Bash
Strong debugging and communication skills are a must
Strong data sense and an ability to streamline workflows across teams
Location Our offices are based in New York City, but the position can be done remotely.
Salary The pay range for this position in New York City is $100,000 - $180,000 per year. The salary range for performing this role outside of New York City may differ. Base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our company’s equity program, plus benefits, including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other.
