First and foremost, we are looking for a great general dentist who enjoys working with all ages in a family practice! However, any specialty work will help candidates stand out.
*Compensation & Benefits*
We are looking for the right long-term fit and will compensate accordingly:
* Daily minimum of $800 or 25%-30% of adjusted *production* depending on experience and tenure with the practice
* Compensation calculations and duration of daily minimum will be discussed during the interview process.
* Long term opportunities for profit-share bonuses or partnership in our growing practice depending on what you are looking for
* 401K – Dollar for dollar match up to 4%
* Medical – 50% employer coverage of premiums
* Dental – Covered in office, annual amounts subject to negotiation
* Vision - Covered benefit for employee if needed
