Salary: £27,768 per annum / £13.35 per hour

The nursery operates from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, and you will be required to work shifts within these hours, totaling 40 hours per week .

As a Nursery Practitioner, your main duties will include:

• Creating stimulating and purposeful experiences for children that align with their age and development.
• Ensuring compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
• Supporting the smooth running of the nursery and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
• Building strong professional relationships and addressing any concerns in line with company policy.
• Facilitating a key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
• Participating in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and company policies.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
• Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
• Over 1 year of experience in Early Years (desirable).
• Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
