• Hours: 27 hours per week
• Salary: £16,947 per annum / £13.58 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting each child’s individual needs while providing a high standard of care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
• Planning and delivering engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
• Collaborating with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
• Conducting risk assessments and reporting any health and safety concerns to management.
• Supporting the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Essential: A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification.
• Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Desirable: Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years.
• Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
