Position Details- Hours: 27 hours per week
- Salary: £16,947 per annum / £13.58 per hour

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting each child’s individual needs while providing a high standard of care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Planning and delivering engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
- Collaborating with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
- Conducting risk assessments and reporting any health and safety concerns to management.
- Supporting the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
Note: Duties and responsibilities may evolve, and additional tasks relevant to this role may be assigned.
What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Essential: A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification.
- Essential: Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Desirable: Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years.
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements.
