Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department within a forward-thinking organization that blends innovative technology with high-quality clinical care. As part of Rula Health, you will work at the intersection of mental health and digital innovation, providing evidence-based psychological services while helping shape how patients experience care in modern, tech-enabled environments. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, formulate DSM-5 diagnoses, and deliver individual and, when appropriate, group psychotherapy to a diverse adult caseload presenting with mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and adjustment disorders, among other conditions. You will develop collaborative treatment plans grounded in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT-informed interventions, ACT, or other appropriate therapeutic approaches, and you will monitor outcomes to adjust care plans over time. You will provide care through a hybrid model that may include both in-person sessions and secure telehealth visits, leveraging digital platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation, scheduling, and patient engagement. Your ability to use technology comfortably and thoughtfully will support your clinical effectiveness and contribute to an improved patient experience. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, social workers, and care coordinators to ensure that patients receive integrated, holistic care. You will participate in case consultations and clinical meetings, communicate clearly about risk and treatment progress, and coordinate referrals to higher levels of care when clinically indicated. You will be responsible for timely, thorough, and compliant documentation that reflects high standards of professional and ethical practice. Rula Technologies, the parent organization, specializes in innovative tech solutions and integrated services designed to enhance digital interfaces and user experiences. While your primary focus will be direct clinical care, you will also have the opportunity to provide feedback on the digital tools and workflows that support you and your patients, informing how our platforms can better enable effective, person-centered mental health services. Rula offers a dynamic and inclusive work environment that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning. You will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, clinical consultation, and training in emerging therapeutic practices and digital health innovations. We are committed to fostering a culture that supports clinician well-being, encourages the sharing of ideas, and embraces diverse perspectives in service of better outcomes for our patients. The ideal candidate is a licensed psychologist who is confident in independent clinical decision-making, adept at building strong therapeutic alliances, and comfortable working in a fast-evolving, tech-enabled care setting. You bring solid experience in outpatient or telehealth practice, a deep commitment to ethical and evidence-based care, and a genuine interest in how technology can improve mental health access and quality. Rula Health offers a competitive full-time compensation package, which may include performance-based bonuses, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, and a 401(k) plan, along with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. If you are a mission-driven clinician eager to provide high-quality care while helping shape the future of digitally supported mental health services, we encourage you to apply and grow your career with us.
