5pm Leicester, Meridian Business Park. Fully office based Permanent Holiday entitlement: 23 days + 8 Bank Holidays. A handful of these days will need to be used to cover Christmas shut down. Match Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Leicester. This is a fully office based position, working alongside and supporting Area Sales Managers and the Sales Director. This role is ideal for a motivated, resilient sales professional who enjoys building relationships over the phone and is confident making targeted outbound calls to contractors and new prospects. The position is heavily telephone-based, with a strong emphasis on proactive outbound sales activity. While strong organisational skills and a high level of customer service experience is important, the primary focus of the role is sales development. Construction industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential.
