Our goal this quarter is to find and train 10 new Sales Leaders to learn our internal training, break our current branch records, and move into leadership roles to spearhead our next expansion. The Mission: Break Records, Then Lead This is a boots-on-the-ground, face-to-face role. You aren't sitting in a cubicle; you are the direct point of contact for world-class brands Face-to-Face Engagement:
Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through direct, in-person consultations at high-footfall retail and event locations across Columbus. Consultative Selling:
Become the expert. Youll guide consumers through service promotions and customized solutions that actually fit their needs. Objection Mastery:
Well train you on the psychology of the "Yes." Youll learn to navigate complex objections and close deals in real-time. Leadership Opportunities:
Once you prove you can break records, your job shifts. You will move into a leadership role where you train, mentor, and manage the next generation. Who You Are Zero Rejection Sensitivity:
