POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The welcoming Bois-de-Boulogne residence is looking for a Building Maintenance Worker. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Building Maintenance Worker will be responsible for completing renovations and ensuring the cleanliness of the building.
Full-time day shift, one weekend out of two.

ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintenance of common areas
• all other related tasks

Construction

• Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
• Make service calls
• Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
• Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Professional training in general building maintenance (an asset)
• CPR training (asset)
