Compensation and Benefits
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth + generous commission. Average first year earnings range from $55K-$75K through a combination of base salary and commission. Position Details
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, paid training also includes licensing. Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. No cold calls, all incoming warm leads. Opportunities for rewards and recognition. Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time (example: 11am-8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift. All computer equipment is provided. Must maintain a home-work environment with a dedicated workspace and wired high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Satellite and mobile internet are not supported.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required. Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to close sales. Ability to communicate well with prospects and customers. Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills. Strong typing and PC proficiency. Property and Casualty License required after hire.
