Responsibilities: Build and deploy advanced analytics models to optimize monetization across subscriptions, digital content sales, and creator-driven marketplaces Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests related to pricing, user experience, recommendations, and discovery strategies Develop LTV models, attribution frameworks, and causal inference analyses to measure business impact and player behavior Partner with Product, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders to present insights, influence strategy, and drive data-informed decision making Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Python and Databricks for analytics, modeling, and large-scale data processing 5+ years of experience presenting insights and communicating effectively with technical and business stakeholders 4+ years of experience with attribution modeling, experimentation, and causal inference methods Bachelor’s degree in Computer xywuqvp Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or related technical field Strong SQL and data visualization skills with experience translating data into actionable business recommendations Experience in digital monetization, subscription products, gaming, or consumer technology environments preferred Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance revenue growth objectives with customer experience considerations
