We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing quality patient care in various settings, including clinics, home care, assisted living facilities, and inpatient environments. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents
*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct resident care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
* Assist with patient assessments and document care provided in electronic health records systems
* Educate residents and their families on health management, medication usage, and care plans.
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols.
*Experience*
* Current LPN license in good standing.
* Experience in clinical settings such as home care, assisted living, or inpatient facilities, or skilled nursing facilities is preferred.
* Familiarity with electronic health record systems like PointClickCare is a plus
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a healthcare team are essential.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
