Description POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales Representative REPORTS TO: General Manager DEPARTMENT: Sales POSITION SUMMARY: Establishes new accounts and maintains relationships with existing customers in efforts to grow sales. Essential Job Functions
Establish new customer accounts through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and office generated leads. Provide exceptional customer service to our existing customer base. Communicate effectively with shop team to ensure 100% follow-through and customer satisfaction. Demonstrate strong tire and service knowledge to educate and provide recommendations to customers. Continually strive to drive sales. Demonstrate excellent time management, negotiation and communication skills.
Requirements Position Requirements
High School diploma or GED. 1-2 Years of successful sales experience. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive service market. Strong customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Great attitude Valid Drivers Licensee
