B3 is led by Nursing Support and Clinical Operations leadership. We pride ourselves on providing excellent care to our patients and work closely with case management to ensure that they have the safest possible plan for discharge. This is a fast-paced unit with patients who have discharge orders but have barriers that must be overcome for safe discharge planning. Organization, prioritization, and excellent time management skills are a must for a successful candidate. We value teamwork and promote a supportive environment.  The HCA Nurse Residency Program is a year-long program designed to give you hands-on experience to help establish valuable clinical and critical thinking skills. As a Resident I Graduate Nurse you will be surrounded by a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents that promote learning, clinical application, and socialization, shepherding you through the transition from student nurse to registered nurse.
