Holzer Health System is recruiting an additional OB/GYN to join our team of over 150 providers across more than 30 medical specialties.

Practicing Here

• Established, experienced team of four OB/GYNs, three certified nurse midwives, and one part-time Gynecologist

• Average daily volume of 30-35 patients

• Approximately 650 deliveries per year

• Balanced mix of obstetrics and gynecology

• Call schedule of 1:5 upon hire, shared equally among the group

• Integrated, all-in-one practice with the clinic conveniently located within the hospital and direct access to the OR and L&D unit

• Dedicated 1:1 nursing support, with scribe support available after six months

• Dedicated block OR time with robotic capabilities

• Teaching and mentorship opportunities with residents and medical students

Recruitment Package

• Guaranteed two-year salary floor, plus production incentive and bonus potential

  • Educational loan assistance over five years, OR

  • A retention bonus paid over three years, beginning under a subsequent agreement
