A successful candidate will ideally have the following skills:
* Excellent communications (strong written and verbal communication skills).

* Be able to manage/prioritise their own workload so tasks can be completed to a customer’s satisfaction and meet Service Level Agreements where necessary.

* Ability to work under pressure.
*Support Engineer *
Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced IT technician to join our Support Team.
*Main duties will include:*
* To troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and questions, whilst maintaining an accurate task record in our helpdesk system
* Proactively help resolve support tickets as required
* To participate in infrastructure installation, hardware refresh and other projects as occasion demands
* Installation of new equipment and software at customer premises.
*Requirements*
* Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in an IT Support role.
* Knowledge of working for a Managed Service Provider (Desirable)
* Thorough knowledge of current IT technology, including (but not limited to):
* Microsoft Desktop PC OS Windows / MacOS
* Microsoft Office 365
* High level desktop support skills
* Backup technologies (experience of N-Able products is desirable).
*Nice to Have*
* Experience of working for an MSP.
* Experience with SharePoint management and support.

Pay: £27,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
