Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
*Role Overview*
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Tester to join the HearLink team. HearLink is a fast-growing CRM and operational platform designed for the audiology sector, and this role is critical in ensuring the system delivers a seamless, reliable experience for clinics and patients.
You will be responsible for testing new features, identifying bugs, and working closely with developers and product teams to maintain high standards of quality across the platform.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct manual testing of HearLink features, updates, and integrations
* Identify, log, and track bugs using internal systems
* Reproduce issues reported by users and provide clear documentation
* Collaborate with developers to resolve defects efficiently
* Test system integrations (e.g. Noah, Strato, and third-party tools)
* Carry out regression testing before releases
* Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with internal and external stakeholders
* Provide feedback on usability and user experience
* Assist in creating and maintaining test plans and test cases
* Ensure platform stability across different devices and browsers
*Skills & Experience Required*
*Essential:*
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Experience in software testing (manual or automated)
* Ability to clearly document issues and steps to reproduce
* Good understanding of web-based platforms and systems
* Strong communication skills
*Desirable:*
* Experience with CRM systems or SaaS platforms
* Knowledge of testing tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail, or similar)
* Basic understanding of APIs and integrations
* Experience in healthcare or audiology systems
* Familiarity with agile development environments
