Some prior sales experience Solid computer and multi-tasking skills Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing Training 100% in-office; post training 4 days a week in office and work from home 1 day a week Many associates see a base salary increase of 10% within their first year as a Sales Representative.
