*What You’ll Do*
* Lead, inspire, and develop a talented kitchen brigade
* Design and deliver seasonal menus showcasing fresh, local ingredients
* Maintain exceptional standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Execute functions, including weddings, efficiently and with the highest food standard
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Ensure full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Manage kitchen budgets and contribute to overall profitability
* Drive innovation while respecting the hotel’s established style and clientele
*What We’re Looking For*
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high‑volume environment
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team
* A passion for coastal, seasonal, and locally sourced cuisine
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* A calm, positive approach under pressure
* Commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering memorable dining experiences
