Are you passionate about personalized, community-based care?
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join Estrella Health and Rehab Center, to help build and grow the outpatient team.
This is your opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and play a critical role in restoring mobility, strength, and independence—all while helping grow something meaningful right here in Phoenix. Our outpatient program is a mobile therapy team who travels to our contracted Assisted Living facilities to provide therapy treatments.

What You’ll Need to Get Started:
* Active AZ Occupational Therapist License
* CPR Certification
