LPN FT Day

Good Samaritan is seeking a compassionate LPN FT Day to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team dedicated to serving underserved communities. As a full-time day-shift Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide direct patient care within a holistic model that emphasizes wellness, prevention, and meaningful health outcomes. Working closely with RNs, providers, and support staff, you will perform nursing assessments within LPN scope, obtain and document vital signs, administer medications and injections, perform wound care, assist with procedures, and support chronic disease management for a diverse patient population. You will contribute to care planning, reinforce patient education, and ensure thorough, timely documentation in the electronic health record while following all clinical protocols, infection-control standards, and safety guidelines.
