A Career That's a Labor of Love
This is an exciting opportunity for board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYNs to join Mary Washington Medical Group , part of Mary Washington Healthcare, as we continue to expand our OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine services. We are currently recruiting primarily for a hybrid mix of (outpatient and inpatient), and OB Hospitalist positions , offering flexibility to match a variety of practice preferences and career stages.
Our newly renovated facilities support a collaborative team of providers and serve as an ACGME-accredited training site with an established OB-Family Medicine Fellowship Program. Physicians benefit from a strong guaranteed base salary with additional performance-based incentives tied to quality and outcomes , rather than compensation driven solely by volume. This model supports excellent patient care, sustainable practice, and work-life balance.
Providers enjoy a collegial environment and a manageable schedule, with an average 45-hour work week , making this an outstanding opportunity to practice high-quality OB/GYN care in a growing, well-supported system.
