Description Client Ads Data Operations Associate [Contract] Job Description: We are looking for a Data Operations Associate to support our growing Client Ads business. In this role, you'll be responsible for establishing and executing against a new data-tracking workstream while ensuring accuracy and consistency across advertiser accounts and catalogs. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Catalog, and Operations teams to maintain advertiser data in Salesforce and internal systems, while auditing and improving data integrity at scale. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive tasks, and skilled at using data analysis and AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability. You will: Manage data entry and updates into Salesforce, in partnership with Sales teams Leverage 3P data sources (Nielsen) and DoorDash internal data to develop a SoT for Client manufacturers' businesses on DoorDash Work within DoorDash systems to create advertiser accounts at scale Review and audit Client brands catalogs at scale, partnering with DoorDash catalog team to update and maintain to ensure data integrity Maintain high quality catalog content and accurate reporting data by building robust and accurate processes to manage and monitor content and reporting infrastructure Help to build scalable tools and systems to improve our data infrastructure and workflows over time Streamlining processes where optimizations can be made to better scale and automate Required skills: Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in business analytics, operations, or consulting Experience supporting Client advertisers or in retail/digital media is a plus. Intermediate to Advanced SQL experience preferred Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Familiarity with catalog/data management systems; experience with large datasets a plus. Ability to apply AI tools to streamline workflows and audit data at scale. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis. Comfortable with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks, while also spotting opportunities for process optimization. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
