Responsibilities
Work on digital projects including social media graphics, LED signage, in-game content, roadside signage, and web graphics Design print materials including ads, flyers, programs, posters, and schedules Assist the graphic designer in the creative direction of the team and its outlets Ensure that brand standards and guidelines are consistently adapted across all content Update weekly promotional and social graphics as needed Create, print, and laminate parking passes, discount cards, flyers, and badges Create and replace promotional posters in the ballpark before every homestand Required Traits
Detail-oriented and comfortable working under a deadline in a fast-paced sports environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Creativity and ability to think outside the box Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple projects at once Quick learner with the ability to work well under pressure/tight deadlines Reliable, punctual, and courteous to colleagues, event staff, sponsors, and fans Qualifications
Candidate should have a demonstrated understanding of design best practices, layout, and typography Ability to formulate design concepts from idea to completion Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Knowledge of standard photography techniques (preferred but not required) General knowledge of baseball Local candidates preferred but will accept applications from out-of-state candidates, however out of state candidates will be required to find their own housing. Must have reliable transportation to and from Dell Diamond and other events Must be willing to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays (as necessary) Willingness to work for $12.00 per hour. Our team is further willing to assist with data required for college credit.
