Setting Appointments – 6–8 hours per week: reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage with the company and scheduling a meeting to discuss mortgage protection coverage. Research – 4–5 hours per week: investigating information provided by clients to customize options that meet their financial needs in the event of death or disability. Meeting with Families – 2 days per week: meeting with clients either virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and assist with application. Administrative – 2 hours per week: following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting. Qualifications
Coachable, challenge‑seeking, and self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position. Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission for a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. The expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5 to 10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, the company offers premium financial products. Uncapped commission, competitive bonus structure, and incentive trips are available based on individual and team results. ***No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be viewed as typical, average, or expected. Results vary based on effort, training implementation, and customer needs.
