Join Our Team as a QA Supervisor
Lead Food Safety and Quality Assurance! Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality? We're looking for a dedicated QA Supervisor to oversee our nights team at our Wisconsin facility. In this pivotal role, you'll champion food safety protocols, lead a team of talented technicians, and work collaboratively to uphold our commitment to excellence. Schedule: 7PM to 7AM, rotating nights 2-2-3 schedule Required Skills: High School diploma or equivalent Ideally, 1+ years of experience in a quality-related field Proficiency with measuring devices and troubleshooting lab equipment (scales, thermometers, moisture meters, spectrophotometers, refractometers) Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation/reporting skills Effective communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking) Basic math skills Ability to lead, coach, and set an example for team values Familiarity with GMPs, HACCP, BRCGS, OSHA safety policies, and FSMA standards Competent in using personal computers/tablets and related applications Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed Nice to Have Skills: Experience in conducting audits and working with third-party food safety evaluations Knowledge of MVP Plant maintenance, RedZone, Netsuite, or similar systems Experience in supervising or training laboratory technicians and sanitation staff Preferred Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required; further education in Food Science or related fields a plus At least 1 year in a quality assurance or food safety environment Other Requirements: On-site work in Wisconsin Ability to ascend ladders and work at heights Physical ability to stand for long hours and lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to GMPs, food safety, and sanitation protocols If you're ready to lead a dynamic team and ensure the integrity of our food products, apply now and take the next step in your professional journey!
