We're building the infrastructure layer that makes enterprise AI actually work — and we need a PM who's been in the trenches of large-scale storage and data engineering to help us get there.
As Senior PM for our AI Data Platform, you'll own the roadmap for how our customers store, govern, access, and operationalize data at petabyte scale. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of distributed storage infrastructure, data engineering pipelines, and applied AI — working directly with engineering, data science, and GTM teams from day one.

*What You'll Do*
_*Product Strategy & Roadmap*_
* Own the multi-year product vision and roadmap for the AI Data Platform, from strategy through execution
* Translate complex storage, data engineering, and AI/ML requirements into a prioritized backlog with clear acceptance criteria
* Present roadmap updates and business cases to executive stakeholders and key customers
_*Storage & Data Infrastructure*_
* Lead product decisions around large-scale, distributed storage architectures — object storage, parallel file systems, hybrid cloud data tiers, and intelligent data movement
* Define requirements for data tiering, lifecycle management, and high-throughput access across on-prem and cloud environments
* Articulate tradeoffs between performance, cost, durability, and scalability to guide engineering and customer conversations
_*Data Engineering & AI Enablement*_
* Design platform capabilities that accelerate data ingestion, cataloging, lineage, and transformation pipelines
* Drive features supporting AI/ML workloads: high-throughput data access, metadata management, and integration with model training and inference infrastructure
* Ensure the platform meets the real-world needs of data scientists, ML engineers, and platform teams
_*Customer & Market Engagement*_
* Lead customer discovery, voice-of-customer sessions, and usability research to inform prioritization
* Partner with sales and solutions engineering to support enterprise deals and gather field feedback
* Monitor the competitive landscape across enterprise storage vendors and AI data platform providers
_*Cross-Functional Execution*_
* Work with engineering leads to define milestones, manage dependencies, and ship on time
* Define and track KPIs; lead retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles
* Collaborate with product marketing on messaging, positioning, and enablement for new capabilities
## What We're Looking For
*Must-Haves*
* 5+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on data infrastructure, storage platforms, or data engineering products
* Deep expertise with AI Data Pipelines — object storage (S3-compatible), LLMs, Agents, RAG, KV Stores uses
* Strong grasp of data engineering concepts: ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, lakehouse architectures, metadata management, and data catalog tooling
* Hands-on experience building products for AI/ML or advanced analytics use cases
* Proven track record shipping enterprise-grade software in an Agile environment
* Clear communicator — equally comfortable in a technical architecture review and a C-suite business review

* Experience with unstructured data management, petabyte-scale environments, or HPC storage
* Background in data governance, privacy engineering, or data security — especially at the metadata or classification layer
* Familiarity with AI data platform components: vector databases, feature stores, model data lineage
* Experience at a startup or fast-growth SaaS company in the data infrastructure space
* MBA or degree in CS, Data Engineering, or related technical field
