Winkler Plumbing & Heating is growing and currently looking to hire an *experienced HVAC Service Technician* to join our team.

Position Responsibilities
* Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
* Service furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
* Troubleshoot system issues and verify repairs
* Perform routine maintenance and system checks
* Clearly explain system issues and solutions to customers
* Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle
* Work with the team to deliver excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
* *Minimum 3 years HVAC service technician experience (Required)*
* *EPA Certification (Required)*
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to work well in a team environment
